How Is The Monthly Fee Calculated?

The monthly fee is RM200 for the base, plus RM40 for each room and RM70 for each dorm. Count rooms and dorms separately. For example, 10 rooms and two dorms cost RM740 per month: RM200 + RM400 + RM140.

Does The Room Type Change The Rate?

No. The room rate is RM40 per room per month regardless of room type. Each dorm is RM70 per dorm per month.

Is The Dorm Charge Per Bed?

The monthly dorm rate is RM70 per dorm. It is counted per dorm, rather than per bed.
